Below are set out the types of information we collect (all such information we collect, the "Info") and how it is used below:
Unique Device Identifier. A unique device identifier is a number automatically assigned to the device you use to access the online services. We may associate the device identifier with other information and will treat the combined information as personally identifiable information in accordance with this policy for as long as it is combined.
Location information. If there are location-enabled services in the App Package, we may collect and process information about your actual location. Where the App Package does collect precise information about the location of your device it will be used to provide requested location services and it may be used to allow tagging or to check-in. You may opt out of providing location information by turning the App off on your mobile device or by turning off your GPS sensor. Any location-based services that may be offered in connection with the App Package are for individual use only and should not be used or relied on as an emergency locator system, used while driving or operating vehicles, or used in connection with any hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, or any other situation in which the failure or inaccuracy of use of the location-based services could lead directly to death, personal injury, or physical or property damage. The location-based services are not suited or intended for family finding purposes, fleet tracking, or any other type of business or enterprise use - other products exist today that may be used specifically for these purposes. In other words, you may not rely on any location-based services running in the App Package for anything, and Owner will not be liable to you or anyone else should you rely on such location-based services for anything.
Log Information. When you use the App Package or view content on our websites we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs including but not limited to internet protocol (IP) addresses, device information, internet service provider (ISP) information, clickstream data, browser type and language, viewed and exit pages and date or time stamps. We may use log information to assess the performance of the App Package or other online services, prevent fraud, provide technical support and/or respond to your needs. We may also use this log information to personalize the services offered by us or our affiliates, including providing personalized advertising.
Unique App Numbers. When you install or uninstall the App, or when the App searches for automatic updates, a unique mobile app number and information about your installation, for example, the type of operating system, may be sent to us. We may use the unique mobile app numbers to assess the performance of the App Package or other online services, prevent fraud, provide technical support, conduct research, generate analytics, address internal online services operations, and/or respond to your needs. We may also use this information to personalize the kinds of services or products offered by us through the App Package or our affiliates, including providing personalized advertising.

Except as expressly set forth below, we do not share, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

The App may make third-party social-media features (e.g. Twitter) available to its users. We cannot ensure the security of any information you choose to make public in a social-media feature. Also, we cannot ensure that parties who have access to such publicly available information will respect your privacy. Please exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information in these areas.
The App Package may be supported via advertising, and may collect data to help the App Package serve ads. We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the App Package is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We may work with advertisers and third-party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the App Package (which may help us keep the cost of the App Package low or free). We may also work with consumer data resellers that buy and/or sell information to other companies for multiple purposes including offering products and services that may interest you. Behavioral data may be used by us for advertising, market research, website analytics, website operations, fraud detection and prevention, and security purpose.
If you do not want us to collect or share information as set forth in this Policy, please do not use the App Package.
Regular cookies may generally be disabled or removed by tools that are available as part of most commercial browsers, and in some but not all instances can be blocked in the future by selecting certain settings. Please be aware that if you disable or remove cookies or HTML5 cookies on your device, some parts of the App Package may not function properly. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including to count visitors to the online service, to monitor how users navigate the online services, to count how many e-mails we sent that were actually opened, or to count how many particular articles or links were actually viewed. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. In contrast to HTTP cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the App Package, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your device from us, is active only while you are connected to the App Package, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter. A feature of the cache in browsers, an ETag is an opaque identifier assigned by a web server to a specific version of a resource found at a URL. If the resource content at that URL ever changes, a new and different ETag is assigned. Used in this manner ETags are a form of device identifier. ETag tracking may generate unique tracking values even where the consumer blocks HTTP, Flash, and/or HTML5 cookies.
California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b)(as amended effective January 1, 2014) provides that California residents are entitled to know how the App Package responds to "Do Not Track" browser settings. The App Package does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created.
